Citizen Advocacy Sunbury - Who Will Be There When I'm Gone?

  • Hume Global Learning Centre - Sunbury 44 Macedon Street Sunbury, VIC, 3429 Australia (map)

Many older parents continue to care for their adult children with an intellectual disability, even as they face the challenges of ageing themselves. These parents are confronted with the twin issues of their son or daughter’s uncertain future and possibly their own.

Parents of adults with intellectual disability often worry about:

  • Who will know my son or daughter?

  • Who will speak up for them?

Services strive to organise support, but they cannot duplicate the protection of a lasting committed relationship.

Come along for a no obligation session to learn how Citizen Advocacy Sunbury can protect your son or daughter’s future.

Direct enquiries and/or register with David Abela on 03 9744 7378 or 0408 178 614.

Refreshments provided.
