Join Victoria and George from Sunbury Seniors, who have spent years crafting delicious homemade ricotta and refining their cheesemaking skills.

Now they’re ready to share their knowledge with you in a hands-on workshop.

Come along for a fun and rewarding session, pick up a new skill and enjoy the experience of making your own fresh ricotta.

We’ll provide everything you need, including the milk, rennet and cheese moulds.

Just bring a small container so you can take some of your freshly made cheese home.
