Come and join us every Monday at 10:30am for Exercises in a Chair with Leonie! You’ll find a welcoming group and gentle guidance to help you feel your best. Leonie has worked with seniors for over 34 years.
Maybe you’ve lost strength in your arms and/or legs? We’ll work together to rebuild it, one easy movement at a time complete with plenty of smiles and encouragement.
We won’t overdo it. Just 15 minutes. That’s enough time to feel accomplished and refreshed, without breaking into a sweat (unless you want to!).
Don’t worry about fancy gym gear or keeping up with Olympic athletes … this short class is all about moving at your own pace and having a little fun along the way!
