Ever wondered how salami is made? Come along and join our member Frank Z for a fun and flavour-filled session where you’ll discover what salami is, how it comes together and a few of the tasty traditions behind this much-loved classic.

Best of all, you’ll head home with some salami of your own … because learning is always better when it comes with a delicious souvenir.

A financial contribution will be requested from those taking salami home, with full details to be shared closer to the date.
