Why make your own butter? You can choose your cream, decide how much salt to add or leave it unsalted and personalise it with herbs or garlic. You’ll also get the fresh buttermilk left over from churning, so you can make use of both parts of the cream.

A little cream, a little curiosity and a whole lot of homemade goodness; come along and discover the pleasure of making your own butter.
